Location note:
We're primarily looking for people based in Malta or willing to relocate. Some roles (technical/AI) are open to remote work—these are marked below. All CRM, client-facing and operations roles are Malta-based.

About the role
You're the senior CRM expert we build around. You own CRM strategy at Opman: set the standards, design lifecycle and campaign strategies, then execute hands-on in systems alongside the team. You're equally strong at strategy and implementation—configuring platforms, reviewing AI output, pushing campaigns live. We need a star who loves both thinking and doing.
About the role
You'll own CRM operations for client accounts—but this isn't traditional CRM. AI generates content, builds variants and handles the heavy lifting. Your job is to orchestrate: design strategies, set quality standards, configure systems and ensure every campaign ships better than the last. If you've wished CRM could be done properly, define what 'properly' means.

You'll be the primary client relationship throughout the entire journey. This is a client-facing role at the intersection of CRM, AI and operations. You need deep enough product understanding to have credible conversations with decision-makers, and the relationship skills to make every client feel like our most important one. You're selling and supporting an AI-powered approach to CRM that most clients have never seen.

At Opman, AI generates content, builds segments and produces campaign variants automatically. You're the quality layer—reviewing AI output, ensuring campaigns are flawless before launch and executing CRM strategy using AI-powered systems. This is for someone early-career who wants to learn fast, work with the best and get more hands-on experience in six months than most get in years.

Build AI systems that run real business operations—not demos or proofs-of-concept. You'll design and develop production AI flows that generate content, orchestrate campaigns, process data and replace manual work at scale. Your systems will run 24/7, making decisions and powering operations companies depend on. If you want to build AI that actually works—not just API wrappers—this is it.
About the role
You'll own the intelligence layer. Every LLM prompt, every data structure, every AI pipeline that powers our automated operations runs through your hands. This is where AI meets production at scale—you design the prompts, manage the data flows, evaluate the outputs and make sure everything that comes out of our AI systems is reliable, consistent and better than what a human team could produce.
About the role
You'll work at the intersection of data and AI-powered operations. Build models, evaluate AI system performance, surface insights and help shape how our products make decisions. This isn't academic data science—it's applied, production-grade work that directly impacts how campaigns are generated, how automations behave and how operations scale.

Keep the engine running. As we grow, you'll own the financial routines, budgeting and internal administration that let the rest of the team focus on building. This role is for someone who brings structure to chaos, automates what can be automated and makes sure nothing slips.
